Over the Hills and Through the Woods...

The girls and I spent a few days with my mom at my aunt and uncle's lake house near Brown County. We had fun exploring all of the fun things to do around there.

We stopped by the "Not Just Popcorn" Factory in Edinburgh where they gave us a tour and samples!
We also ate at the newly reopened Zaharko's Ice Cream Parlor in Columbus - it's AWESOME!!!
My aunt was able to join us for the evening. They have completely restored it and added a small museum of old soda fountains and memorabilia, including a large collection of photos from the many years it has been in business. Very cool.
This is their Welte orchestra that plays randomly, and very loudly :)

We also ate at a neat little tea room out in the middle of nowhere and fed the animals at the Apple Works farm. We had so much fun we want to make a girls' trip to the lakehouse an annual event.
