Totally Treehugger Tables

Check out our new tables made by Brook's cousin Aaron, owner of Greensawn Furniture in Chicago. Aaron strives to use found and recycled wood in his designs and he does a fantastic job.

We commissioned this dining room table, made from ash that had fallen in our grandparent's woods during an ice storm. It has two large leaves that enable it to extend to comfortably seat 12. The top is done in a grayish brown stain that looks great with our countertops, and the legs are black/brown. The chairs are from our local Ikea. We LOVE it...thanks Aaron!

Aaron and his sister Megan also own Kindling. They use "found" and recycled wood to handcraft home decor items. They have already been featured in 2 magazines because their stuff is so great!
