SOLD...in just under 2 weeks!

We are so thrilled to announce that we have a contract on our home in Lexington! We still have to make it through inspection but otherwise all looks good. The first couple who looked at our house bought it. They came Tues evening and then again on Thurs and gave us an offer Thur night which we accepted. They are allowing us to stay until June 20 which will make our transition to Cinci really easy, no having to rent or move all our stuff into storage, etc. And there are no contingencies, they are renting currently so they don't have another house to sell. They are a young newlywed couple, just graduated and settling in Lexington. We are so happy!!! Just to give you an idea of the competition....there are more than 30 houses for sale just in our neighborhood and we live near 3 other large neighborhoods as well. It's a huge relief and a big piece of our transition that has fallen into place. :)
