August Fun

We took a little road trip to Chicago to visit the Hendricks and on our way we stopped by the Triple X drive-in in West Lafayette (home of our alma mater - PURDUE!) and had some delicious fried food and XXX rootbeer.

We ate some Chicago-style pizza and rode the train downtown to check out the bean and play in the face fountain.
The girls really enjoyed playing with Sean and Addison.

We also visited Mammoth Cave in KY during August.

And then it was time for the first day of school!

We also squeezed in a Reds game on the last Fireworks Friday of the year - Jay Bruce hit 3 homeruns! We think it was because Bella wore her Jay Bruce shirt to the game :)
